Refund policy

We roast every order fresh in small batches in Belmond, Iowa. If something is not right with your order, we will fix it.
If you are not satisfied with your coffee for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Your choice, no questions asked.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at thegoldenhopperllc@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We typically respond within one business day.
Because our coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept physical returns. Your refund or replacement will be processed without needing to send anything back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
